Day 8

Another day of a little less pressure on the bathroom scale...244.2 this morning...and sugar reading 7.6...last two days in the sevens instead of eights for glucose readings...that's progress. Katie stayed the same weight wise.

You may be bored with what I eat for breakfast everyday but I'm not, Oatmeal with fresh blueberries and banana today with Soy Milk, flax seed and hemp seed. Delicious, filling, and good for the weight loss plan.
Also a side of vitamins.

For lunch I had a big salad with home made dressing, and a bowl of Lentil soup.

For Supper we had a big salad with home made dressing, and a eggplant and bean casserole with whole wheat couscous...VG!



Pinapple slices, strawberries, and green grapes for dessert.
